Tobi's Twist
Just a basic contest. Tobi likes to joke around, and make fun of people. To challenge the members of Hidden Village he has started a contest. He has an image here, from Naruto. When bored, he likes to make up funny captions for it. Can you amuse Tobi and do the same?

First Place: 1 choice card, 1 choice special card.
Second Place: 1 choice card, 1 random special card.
Third Place: 1 random special card, 3 random cards.
